Sustainable storage of grains by implementing a novel protectant and and versatile application technology
The current origin of the proteins in question is soy, grains or potatoes. In other words, they are often either imported and/or less ecologically sustainable products.
VOEDERWAARDE Voederwaarde DDGS en bijproducten bio-ethanolwinning (2014) DDGS (dried distillers grains with solubles) is een bijproduct van de bio-ethanolproductie. Deze is in België en Europa hoofdzakelijk gebaseerd op de fermentatie van tarwe (in USA is dit vooral van maïs).
Because it’s a pseudo-grain, quinoa is gluten-free but also low in sugar, with a high nutritional value and a higher content of proteins and minerals than other grains (corn, wheat, rice, etc.). The proteins have excellent quality and contain all the essential amino acids in the right proportions – just like animal proteins such as milk and eggs.
