Press release ILVO is research partner of care group Curando for development of small-scale processing machines for locally grown fruit and vegetables

The ILVO research project, together with Curando, aims to support the small-scale and local cultivation of fruit and vegetables and their sustainable processing into food. On behalf of Curando, the institute is investigating how small-scale machines can be used for the local processing of food. In this way, Curando wants to take steps towards a more integrated care offering in which people can continue to live at home for as long as possible with a wide range of home care support services.
