The aim of the OPTIMA project is to develop innovative solutions to reduce the negative effects from PPP use in the cultivation of fruit (apples and grapes) and vegetables (carrots). A User Group Community is set up during development of the IPM system where stakeholders can participate in technical discussions.

Joining forces for optimal organic feed for weaner piglets

Several organic pig farmers and feed manufacturers indicate that the organic weaning foods appear to be less tasty and that they contain a higher proportion of protein than the weaning foods in conventional pig farming.
