You will collaborate with the ILVO team on the 'Premiere project'. This is a Horizon Europe project in which partners from 15 different European countries are working together to improve the so-called 'multi-actor approach' in writing EU projects. Success in the multi-actor approach is that academic and non-academic consortium members can find each other and work together on an equal footing. A wide range of activities are organized and materials developed to achieve this goal. Think of networking events where different actors can get to know each other better, an online academy where you can learn to refine your multi-actor skills, an online game in which you have to put together a consortium in the virtual world, etc...

The ILVO team is mainly involved in the development of the serious game. We leave the programming to others, but we provide input for the content of the game and the learning goals you should be able to achieve by playing the game.

What does your job looks like?

Your job is to work with colleagues to gather input for the game. What are good practices in interactive project proposal writing, what problems do people experience and what are tips for solving them. We will find this out through focus groups and database research. Your task is to set up interactive working forms to make these focus groups run smoothly both online and offline. You then study which of these working forms are effective and produce the desired results. You will also test the first versions of the game and make suggestions for improvements. In this process, you will form a bridge between the 'game developers' and the project partners.

You will join a team of experienced researchers who will teach you the tricks of the trade. The premiere project offers an international context with high-level co-creative collaboration across 15 nationalities.
