On a regular basis we organize practical workshops in the Food Pilot about novelties in food processing. For this event, we chose for a webinar about SENSORS, DATA and DATA PROCESSING. We will discuss the principles, the results of our trials and the pros and cons. We will evaluate how they can offer added value for optimizing production.
