Activity Register your food truck at festILVO Food Market on Sunday 18 September
ILVO is turning 90 and will celebrate with a multi-day FOOD Festival that, together with the many tasting sessions, also serves up the production process and the science behind it.
On Sunday, September 18, 2022 in addition to cooking and tasting demos, experiential walks and exciting machinery demos, a deliciously surprising food market is on the program. We would like to invite you to introduce your tastiest, most innovative and local products to the general public.We are aiming at a broad audience and expect between 5000 and 8000 visitors. Just think of the many neighbors, colleagues and relatives, residents of Ghent and participants of the Day of Agriculture in (East) Flanders. You can consult the full program on

Then read all the practical info about your participation here:The food market takes place in the ILVO festival center, Burgemeester Van Gansberghelaan 96, Merelbeke. The market is open from 11:00 to 17:00.
In order to ensure an interesting mix of products, we will make a selection based on product category when allocating places. At the end of July we will close the registrations and you will receive a message from us whether your application has been retained or not.
We offer all participants a space of 210cm h x 220cm w x 80cm l. You can bring your own stall or rent one from us for a small fee.
Do you need electricity or other connections? Indicate it in the registration form.
Practical information about construction and dismantling will follow later.
